Applicable Date
Prices effective from 1st April 2018. This price list supersedes all other price lists we have published before this date.
Deliveries and Delivery Charges
We aim to deliver within 3 working days. If for any reason, whatsoever we cannot make delivery within the time specified the Company shall not be liable for any losses or damage sustained by the purchaser.
We deliver with our vans in the London Delivery area and by third party carrier in all other areas. Provided your order exceeds a certain value, your delivery will be free of charge. If your order is under this value, your order will be subject to a carriage charge. The minimum orders and carriage charges are set out below:

Orders Outside the London Van Delivery Area
Orders are delivered on pallets and delivery is made to the door of the premises. It is not possible to request that delivery drivers unpack the pallet or that they remove the pallet or packaging.
Shortages and Damages *PLEASE NOTE*
The Company will only accept liability for:
a. Signed delivery as DAMAGED or SHORTAGES
b. If possible take photographs with a digital camera and e-mail them to sales@empirebespokefoods.com
c. Return any damaged items to the driver, or keep them to be collected another day
d. Report the credit request to Empire Bespoke Foods Head Office within 1day of the date of delivery
e. Make a note of the reference number given to you, if reporting the request by phone
If you are requesting a credit for any other reason, you should make the request in writing to Empire Bespoke Foods within 24 hours of date of delivery for ambient goods. Any verbal request for credit should be followed up in writing along with the name of the person you spoke to.
The reason that we impose the above conditions is that we can only claim for damages from our transporters within a 24 hour period. This has a direct impact on our costs and in turn to you; your cooperation is therefore extremely important. If you do make a credit request and have not signed the delivery note as “damaged” credits will be refused.
Prices and Foreign Exchange
As a significant proportion of the goods we supply are imported, their prices are subject to factors beyond our control in the Foreign Exchange Market. Empire Bespoke Foods reserves the right to change the prices shown in this brochure without notice.
Credit Accounts
Please note that unless otherwise stated, your account will be pro-forma. This means that payment must be made before goods are dispatched or, if agreed, on receipt of the goods. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, BACs transfer or cheque prior to dispatch of the goods.
If you have an agreed credit account with Empire Bespoke Foods, settlement of all invoices must be made as per agreed payment terms. Empire Bespoke Foods reserves the right to amend the terms of any credit account (including the credit limit) you have at any time at its absolute discretion. If you exceed, or the order to be delivered to you will cause you to exceed, your agreed credit limit, or if you have invoices outside of agreed payment terms, Empire Bespoke Foods may decline to supply you until the excess amount over your credit limit has been cleared or overdue invoices have been paid.
Retention of Title
Retention of Title & All Monies and Proceeds of Sales Clause:
1. Empire Bespoke Foods Ltd retains legal ownership of any goods delivered to, or services provided to its customers, until payment is made by or on behalf of the customer.
2. Empire Bespoke Foods Ltd reserves the right to enter the customer’s premises for the purposes of inspecting and the removal of any unpaid goods supplied by Empire Bespoke Foods Ltd to the value of the outstanding debt that may, or may not, relate to the unpaid invoices.
3. Empire Bespoke Foods Ltd also reserves the right to claim the proceeds of any sub-sale of goods they have supplied to the buyer (you) to the value of the unpaid invoices.
Payment
We prefer payment to be made in sterling by BACS transfer directly into our account. (USD and EURO account details are available on request)
Please quote your Customer Account Reference (it is on the top right hand side of your invoice) as a reference on your payment so that we allocate it correctly to your account.
We also accept cheques drawn on to a UK clearing bank.
We can also accept payment by credit and debit card. There is no minimum payment for this facility; however, the use of a credit card is subject to a 1.4% surcharge.

Packaging and case sizes may be subject to change without notice.

Vat code 0 = Zero rated
